man peter! I've been cruising through your posts - quickly i admit. but these photos just sent a rush of nostalgia through me! I clearly remember that park! I found it too! were there people playing bocce ball or soccer? it looks like there was some sort of installation piece in that sand!!?!? and the musee du evolution. i recall that being that last stop on the first day my parents came to visit. slightly creepy i'll agree!
damn. can't wait to hear all about your adventures. if the stories measure up half as much as the images then by god you've had an adventure my friend!
(1) First of all, I am not a photographer. This is a hobby I choose to pursue on the side due to my interest in design. ( I like to see it as Documentation)
(2) Where my interest lay are in the details of the moments surrounding our lives. I love to document these moments or in some cases recreate them.
(3) I dislike thinking about the big picture, It feels a bit to static for me, I prefer to compile a set of images that overall grow into an idea. At least then I have better control over the feel and message the images convey to the viewer.
Received my Bachelors of Science in Architecture at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. After undergrad I worked for Marc Fornes focusing on managing complex geometries and building installations in France. Now I live in Los Angeles where I attend the University of California Los Angeles and plan to graduate in 2014.
